NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to change the existing parking bay times on Broadway and York Road, to an all year-round restriction allowing parking for 1 hour, no return within 1 hour, 8am to 6pm. H-Bars that currently protect dropped kerb accesses will be replaced with No Waiting at Any Time. No Waiting at Any Time is also proposed at the junction of York Road/Broadway and in the vicinity of the Co-op.
Exemptions are included which will permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods, the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water and telecommunications apparatus.
